(More customer reviews)My daughter (5) got this for xmas as a gift (based on a suggestion by me). I saw the ads on TV and unfortunately didn't look at enough reviews. The bathtub "bubbles" keep popping off as does the bed coverlet. The base is very narrow so it tips over constantly. The elevator is the only thing that seems to work ok, but it catches sometimes and then the whole thing tips over again. The peaks of the castle pop off sometimes too (and yes I have pushed them in place). The dolls are meant to stand in this little plastic piece which is used in the bed, the tub, and the dancing platform. There are only 2 pieces but there are 5 spots. The dolls stand semi-well but when they need to lay down in the tub or the bed then fall over and don't lay down well and then the bubbles or bedcover pop off. I was really hoping the bad reviews were based on user error, but it really is the lack of quality in the toy itself. It's a cute concept but unfortunately it doesn't work the way it's meant to.
